Benefits of virtual room planning

Why we love rendering for dwelling or selling.

I confess.  I'm guilty of buying that "perfect" piece, hauling it home and discovering the unique find doesn't quite fit. Sound familiar?

Virtual room planning is a money saving tool as it provides a detailed visual description of your room before you purchase furniture and decor.

We first start out with a concept board including pieces to keep and pieces to add.
Our client wanted to keep the leather couch, matching chair, and media stand.  Her "perfect" new  pieces she wanted to include:  the wing back chair, new wallpaper and rug.

Our client provided dimensions of the room and furniture she wanted to keep.  We began with a basic floor plan; arranged the new and old pieces while accommodating angles, door openings and walking flow for this living room.

Virtual rendering is beneficial for providing a spatial overview. We created an aerial virtual concept and made a few adjustments.  This perspective shows how the positioning of furniture will work in this space.

Virtual rendering is beneficial  for seeing a preview of the room before making changes. The virtually rendered room from the perspective of the main entrance shows how our clients room looks with the added "perfect pieces" and wallpaper.

Virtual rendering is beneficial,  helping our clients to visually see their space, either for dwelling or selling. A well thought out floor plan with spacious furniture placement, balanced decor, and ambient lighting showcases your room either for living in or getting market ready!
