Benefits of virtual room planning

  Why we love rendering for dwelling or selling.           I confess.  I'm guilty of buying that "perfect" piece, hauling it home and discovering the unique find doesn't quite fit. Sound familiar? Virtual room planning is a money saving tool as it provides a detailed visual description of your room before you purchase furniture and decor. We first start out with a concept board including pieces to keep and pieces to add. Our client wanted to keep the leather couch, matching chair, and media stand.  Her "perfect" new  pieces she wanted to include:  the wing back chair, new wallpaper and rug.
